Early Family and Parenting

Navigating a relationship when engaging in early parenthood can be stressful and exhausting. Conflicts in parenting styles, lack of sleep, and increased stress can create tension in a relationship that leads to arguing and resentment. Counseling for early parents provides a platform to explore your challenges, express needs and feelings, and supporting each other in a more effective way. It can help you to understand your child's developmental stage so you can be in tune with changes taking place in your children. It will also help you, as a couple, navigate those changes to strengthen your relationship.
