Do you struggle to effectively communicate with your loved one? Do you get confused with the emotional responses of others? Sometimes all we need is an education and support to grow and learn how to build better communication patterns. This group gives you the opportunity to connect with others while also learning skills to make communication more effective with your partner, friends, or family.
Some of the topics we will cover are:
Communicating during times of stress
Understanding others needs
Building emotional Intelligence
This group is for adults who struggle with communicating and understanding emotions or emotional responses. Many individuals who struggle with this have a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, or learning disabilities but a diagnosis is not required for attendance. This is an 8-week group and is closed, meaning, once the group starts no new members will be able to join until the next group starts. Payment will be due each week on the night of the group. We do ask that you commit to the full 8 weeks to help bring cohesion to the group.
To join a group please email K.firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email, phone number, and the group you would like to join. You will receive a confirmation email once you are booked for the 8-week Group.
