I am a genuine, caring, and patient clinician who cares deeply about the overall well-being of my clients. I pride myself on working through a trauma-informed lens to take note of how significant experiences have affected an individual's life path. I take into consideration what has fostered a person's perceptions, values and decisions. My clinical approach is based on CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and somatic-based techniques. I believe that there is not just one theoretical orientation that will suit every client. I strive to create a non-judgmental and safe space for clients of all backgrounds to come as they are in the session space. I have experience working with adolescents and their families in a school-based setting to support students' social emotional health. In my current position, I have discovered my passion for collaborating with a client and their support system to determine the most appropriate interventions to address mental health concerns. I have worked with clients who have experienced complex trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, and depression. My ideal client is someone willing to start their healing journey to understand themselves more deeply and engage in the mindful self-care that they have been seeking to find. There is no pressure to have everything figured out; I am here to help you determine what therapeutic care can look like for you
